Falcons love high perches because they "provide an excellent vantage point for hunting prey, including pigeons and small birds"



hopefully, LAHR isn't at the "hunting for pigeons" stage yet. :)

meanwhile, at the Aviarios Sloth Sanctuary one of my favorite creatures was born- a little bradypus sloth. though he only weighs a pound now, one day he'll grow into full muppethood.
